The Human Touch
An Augmented Reality Project

The Human Touch, is an Augmented Reality project in the form of an artist's book. The book juxtaposes photographs of graffiti filled walls with quirky line drawings; a different type of mark making. This project functions as a virtual pop-up book filled with animations that can only be seen via a custom AR app/viewer on mobile devices. The idea is when you look at the pages of the book through your phone, the pages come to life as animations. The project fuses my interests in new technologies and iOS applications with my desire to create drawings, photographs and animations. Below are simulations of the app in action and examples of the AR animations and their accompanying launch pages.
